✧ I have the right to deny any commission request.
✧ Manipulation/editing of my art is strictly prohibited unless discussed with me first. This includes animating my art through a third party.
✧ Non-disclosure can be requested. If requested, no work will be publicized on social media until released by the client. If not requested, any part of the process will automatically be subject to posting on my social media (commercial work is automatically non-disclosed).
✧ DO NOT trace, heavily reference, or steal my art for any reason.
✧ DO NOT use my art for commercial purposes unless you have paid for commercial rights or we have discussed otherwise.

Breaking any of these stated terms of service may lead to blacklisting of the client

✧ Payment is in USD via PayPal invoice
✧ Payment must be made prior to start
✧ Full refund available only if I have not started or If I decide I cannot complete it for any reason

✦ commercial use

What is considered commercial use?
Branding, promotional use, redistribution, creation of merchandise, or use of art on platforms for profit (twitch, youtube, patreon, etc).✧ A 50-100% commercial fee will be charged and may increase to 100-200% based on usage. (Higher fees are typically for production of merchandise)
✧ All commercial art will automatically be non-disclosed until released by the client unless stated otherwise.
